This is one carnival that is no laughing matter. Where else can you try splendid fare from 9 James Beard Award winning chefs, watch the culinary masters demonstrate their masterful cooking techniques, taste samplings from over 30 restaurants, all while enjoying the sounds of live entertainment? The answer is at the Carnival of Cuisine which takes place August 30- 31st from noon to 3.p.m. at the Venetian and Palazzo properties in Las Vegas. On hand to delight guest’s palates will be world renowned chefs Charlie Trotter of Restaurant Charlie, Thomas Keller of Bouchon, Wolfgang Puck of CUT (Pictured), Emeril Lagasse of Table 10, Mario Batali of B&B Restaurant and Carnevino Steak House, and Luciano Pellegrini of Valentino.
