From September 21st – 28th, many amazing restaurants in cities across the United States will be participating in Share our Strength’s Great American Dine Out presented by American Express. This is a week long dining event who’s goal is to help end childhood hunger. During the Great American Dine Out, a portion of each diner’s check at participating restaurants will be donated to support the cause. Some of these noteworthy restaurants include, Thomas Keller’s French Laundry and Bouchon in Yountville and Keller’s Per Se in New York, Tom Colicchio’s Craft in New York, and Michael Cimarusti’s Providence in Los Angeles. Other Great American Dine Out restaurants include Fifth Floor and Bella Trattoria in San Francisco, Foundation Room in Boston, and Campagne in Seattle.

Now do your part and make sure when making dinner plans and reservations during September 21st -28th to go to one of the many restaurants involved in supporting this great cause. There are restaurants at all price ranges so all you foodies can go out within your budget, have a fab meal with your friends or colleagues, and help end childhood hunger in America ALL at the same time!

Other participating cities include, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver, Portland and Minneapolis.
