Lorenzo Boni’s Barilla 3 Cheese Tortellini with White Truffle Butter Sauce Recipe

BARILLA THREE CHEESE TORTELLINI WITH WHITE TRUFFLE BUTTER SAUCE RECIPE

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Heat 2 cups of milk in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the parmigiano cheese slowly, allowing the cheese to melt gently.

Transfer mixture to a blender and process. Once blended, pour sauce back to the sauce pan and add the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook tortelleni according to package directions; drain and toss with the sauce. Finish with white truffle butter and sliced white truffles.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini
1 Bag (Family Size 13 1/2 oz)

2 Cups Milk

1 1/2 Cups Parmigiano cheese, grated

1 bay leaf

2 TBSP white truffle butter

1 white truffles, sliced

Salt to taste

White pepper to taste
