For those who can’t make it to Food Network’s Sobe Wine & Food Festival which starts today and runs through Sunday, I highly recommend a trip to Las Vegas in early May for Vegas Uncorked presented by Bon Appetit. Some of the culinary world’s stars which will be in attendance include Daniel Boulud, Joel Robuchon, Todd English, Julian Serrano, Guy Savoy, Michael Mina, Bobby Flay, Cat Cora and Barbara Fairchild. Need I say more? With Vegas hotels and flights to Vegas at rock bottom these days, how can one resist. This I guarantee will be a sure bet!
