In addition to serving up tempting treats for revelers, Chef Keller will help party-goers burn off the weekend's extra calories with his intoxicating beats at the DJ turntables. Another late-night crowd favorite is the Celebrity Chef Blackjack Tournament followed by a night of dancing at Encore's French Riviera style XS Nightclub.
