WHAT:  Macarons are the latest dessert craze and offer complex tastes in a deliciously compact package. Watch Michelle Hernandez (Le Dix-Sept Patisserie) transform classic (and unusual) dessert flavor combinations into beautiful macarons. These jewel-like treats will be paired alongside full-sized, decadent creations demonstrated by pastry chef Jessica Entzel (Morimoto Napa). Guests will taste samples of all the desserts demonstrated.
