Happy Birthday to Tom Colicchio, who is probably most recognized for his role as the head judge on Bravo network's addictive show, Top Chef. More notably, he is recognized for his cooking talents and is the recipient of five James Beard awards. In his earlier years, he was at Gramercy Tavern in New York which was a favorite among the local New Yorkers, winning a Zagat award for Best New York Restaurant in 2003 and 2005. Along with the filming of Top Chef, Tom heads the Craft Restaurants which has locations in hot spots such as New York, Las Vegas, Dallas, and San Francisco.
