Here are five cheap and healthy eats suggested by the stylish ladies over at Health Magazine and ABC News. These foods are low in calories and low on the budget! They are fantastic staples to keep at home when you are feeling the pinch not only in your checking account, but your too tight denim. I've personally never tried canned salmon, but I can definitely vouch for brown rice, edamame, and sweet potatoes. Oooh...how I love those sweet potatoes..
