Did you know that Macy's has it's own Culinary Council? With well-known celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, Cat Cora and Wolfgang Puck on the roster, Macy's Culinary Council showcases these culinary personalities with cooking demonstrations and featured events.
For all of you in the Bay Area, chef Nancy Silverton of the very popular Pizzeria Mozza in Los Angeles will be appearing at Macy's Cellar, Union Square in San Francisco this Saturday. Nancy will be whipping up some tasty bites for attendees at a free cooking demonstration to celebrate the upcoming Jeremy Iron's Showtime Original Series, The Borgias. Be on the lookout for the Borgias inspired tablescape sans the crime- family cast of characters.
While you are out grabbing the latest Spring trends at my favorite Macy's location in San Francisco, be sure to stop by for a 2:00 p.m. food fix in Macy's kitchen-clad cellar.
