Flavour Gallery – Seasonal Food-Inspired Fashion

If you are craving to know what some of your favorite chefs are wearing out of the kitchen this season, it's time to put Flavour Gallery on your fashion radar. Food and chef inspired, comfy, and casual-chic all in one, this new line of women and men’s tees, hoodies, tanks, and accessories is based on seasonal fare and current ingredient trends. Veterans in the contemporary fashion industry, Flavour Gallery was founded by husband and wife team Alfredo and Erin Malatesta (Erin used to be a buyer for Lisa Kline and Alfredo was a founding member of the popular Trunk Ltd. vintage concert tee line).

Although the brand only launched a month ago, it has already been spotted on celeb chefs including Rick Bayless, Chris Cosentino of Incanto, William Werner of TellTale Preserve Co., David Rocco, Ludo Lefebvre, Kelly Liken, and Michael Symon, just to name a few.

While all the styles are fitting for the various "foodie" in all of us, I'm currently digging the spicy, off the shoulder Kimchi top in heather gray – perfectly paired with denim skinnies or cut-offs. The black knives hoodie is also a fave with its edgy, distressed details and obvious ease to throw on over a long ribbed tank or white tee. For all you men out there, the Salt thermal  is one I'd recommended ordering off the menu.

Lucky for you, Flavour Gallery just launched a “Chef of the Month” contest where you can enter for a chance to win your own one-of-a-kind customized Flavour Gallery “Bundle of Joy”. This includes t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, and accessories of your choice such as the popular Knives, Salt, Le Boeuf, or Colazione Del Contadino off the shoulder tee, a reusable Farmers’ Market Bag, and a limited edition Flavour Gallery “old school” reporter’s memo pad. Contest details are listed below:

How to enter Flavour Gallery’s “Chef of the Month” contest:

· Flavour Gallery asks contestants to submit a winning recipe to recipes@flavourgallery.com (photos are also welcome) by the 5th of each month to qualify. One recipe per contestant, per month is allowed.

 · The first 15 recipes submitted each month will be re-created and tested in the Flavour Gallery “test kitchen” by a panel of judges.

· Three finalists will be selected each month and will have their recipe posted on the Flavour Gallery Facebook page to be voted upon by their fellow foodies and Flavour Gallery fans.

· Finalists are encouraged to invite as many of their friends to “Like” their recipe. The recipe with the most “Likes” will win the title of “Flavour Gallery Chef of the Month” along with a Flavour Gallery “Bundle of Joy” prize package (approx $60 value).
